Dominos
I have never been a big fan of Dominos Pizza, most people aren’t! However, after seeing this video I think that I’m going to give them another try!
I found this video on the blog People Of The Second Chance. It really got me thinking about the criticism that I receive and how I respond to it. Do I just brush it off, sometimes yes.
Another quick though. . . .what about us, as a community of Christians. When society tells us that our form of evangelism is outdated and offensive? Or that our music is lame? Or that our sermons aren’t relevant? Or that we are out of touch with the world around us? Do we just brush that off, because we know better ( I mean common we have the bible, and pastors), and continue to do what we have always done?
I say No! I have a lot of assumptions about what culture things about me as a follower of Christ. I think most of us do. . .but where I got that information. . . I don’t know. Mostly assumptions and what I hear other people say. Its time to change that! As Christians we all have a responsibility to engage the people around us with the gospel, and its time we start asking the really tough questions. And not just asking ourselves, but asking those who we offend. And I intend to start doing just that!
